Old or set-in stains are challenging but often possible with professional treatment. We have experienced specialists who use techniques and commercial-grade products not available to consumers. The success rate depends on the stain type, fabric, and how long it's been set. We do not guarantee 100% stain removal, but we will do our best to lighten it for you.

Yes. We offer specialized curtain cleaning for all fabric types including blackout, sheer, silk/lace, foam and cotton curtains. Curtains dryclean is default way of cleaning to preserve the material of the curtain as they are delicate and brittle due to long-term exposure to the sun. We provide pickup and delivery with same-day service available in premium zones.

Curtains are chargeable by weight, $12.50/kg. An average 4 panel (2 day curtains and 2 night curtains) will weigh about 5 to 8kg depending on material and length of the curtain. If service is required to take down and hang back the curtains, there will be an extra $3/kg charge. All charges can be deducted using your credits.

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 days. Same day service available for premium zones (CBD, Orchard, Marina Bay) with morning pickup. We handle everything from delicate silk to heavy blackout curtains with expert care.

Yes we do with an express charge. Within same day or 24hr return: 150%. Within 2-3 days return: 100%. 4 days onwards: No extra charge.

Turnaround time for normal washes is 4 days. Turnaround time for curtain cleaning is 5 to 7 working days.

Our load wash service is mainly to provide washing of daily home/work wearables, ensuring they are washed, dry and folded and packed neatly into plastic or laundry nets before placing into our laundry bags for transportation back to our customers. We do not do quality check for load washes, and do not divide the colours. If needed to wash according to colours, we will charge as 2 load washes. We also do not entertain requests to ensure clothings returned as "good as new" or "like new".
